The fastest route from most of Clearwater is US-19 or I-275 south, then west on the Pinellas Bayway (SR 682). From Clearwater Beach or Sand Key, Gulf Boulevard south through the beach communities is slower but far more pleasant.

How far is Haven from Clearwater?
The route depends on where in Clearwater you start. Highway routes are generally more predictable; Gulf Boulevard through the beaches takes longer during peak season.
I had a baby and my stomach will not respond to exercise. Is Emsculpt NEO the answer?
Sometimes, but it should not be assumed. Dr. Spratt checks for diastasis recti — separation of the abdominal muscles — first, because that changes the plan and, in some cases, means rehabilitation should come before or alongside sculpting. You will get a straight answer at the assessment.
What does a full course cost and are there packages?

Is there any downtime after a session?
No. You may feel as though you completed an intense workout for the treated area for a day or so. Clearwater patients routinely drive straight home or back to work afterward.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Abdomen and flanks are the most common requests from male patients, and the protocol is the same. Dr. Spratt performs those treatments as well.
